The Summit Manor Banquet Facility and Conference Center are owned and operated by the HVFC. The Summit Manor is located at 510 Monkton Road, Hereford, MD 21111. Located in Northern Baltimore County in a lovely county setting just 8 minutes from Hunt Valley and only 1 mile from I-83 at exit 27.
The facility has two floors, each with a capacity to comfortably seat 200+ guests. The Gunpowder Room is for our formal affairs and the Hereford Room is for your traditional meetings.

- The Gunpoweder Room
The Gunpowder Room is for formal affairs. Located on the main floor and has a covered porch, and attractive lobby. A large banquet room with gold chandeliers, sconces, and hardwood floors. All tables and upscale, comfortable padded chairs are included.
- The Hereford Room
An attractive room located on the second floor that has recessed lighting, a state-of-the-art video projection system, wireless handheld and lapel microphones, lighted decorative trees, and more.
