MVC with Entrapment at Mt. Carmel Rd & I-83; Patient Airlifted by Trooper 1

At 07:34 on September 16, Engine 441 and Squad 442 were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision at Mt. Carmel Road and I-83. One driver was trapped; crews performed a full extrication and the patient was flown by Trooper 1. Units from Baltimore County Fire Department Stations 60 and 17 assisted.
